Reservations Policy

To make reservations, we kindly request the following: name, surname, type of room, date of arrival, date of departure, expected time of arrival, credit card number, expiry date, security code.
We charge credit cards upon departure or cancellation, never before, for no amount. You may cancel your reservation at no charge until 3 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, a cancellation, modification or no-show will originate a charge of the first night per room reserved.
